If you had unexpired vouchers purchased directly through us, you have already been refunded. If you have not received your refund by July 25th (due to payment processing times) please email info@cyphervirtualreality.com with your details and we will ensure you receive your refund.
If you have vouchers (expired or unexpired) through a third party (like GroupOn etc) please contact them directly for a refund and state that we are no longer in business (which we have also let them know). Unfortunately due to their policies we’re not able to initiate a refund on your behalf. We do not receive funds until a voucher is redeemed and a game has been played so we are unable to ask the third party for a refund on your behalf, however if the third party needs confirmation that we have closed please give them our email at info@cyphervirtualreality.com and we will confirm that you have not redeemed your voucher. As we do not have your funds, your refund will be based on the third party’s refund policies that we can not control, but we’re happy to try and help wherever we can if we need to vouch.
